It’s only fitting that on the last day of January there has to be some idiot out there doing something stupid. Leave it to John Boehner who is the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Not only does the GOP have a majority in the House but they now have a majority in the Senate too. Can they govern? Apparently not as Boehner is busy racking up lawyer bills by running to the courts the same GOP once despised and ridiculed as non-elected lawmakers.
